Flu vaccine delays for patients aged 65 and older
Due to unforeseen supplier delivery issues, the Seqirus flu vaccine for our patients aged 65 and older has been delayed. This is a national issue from this supplier and is affecting all practices. As a result we are having to rearrange all clinics booked on the 18th September and potentially those on the 25th September.
If you have booked your vaccine appointment on-line you will receive a text advising you that the original appointment is cancelled and ask you to rebook on-line. We are monitoring the availability of appointments and will look to increase appointments after the deliveries have been confirmed and we can be assured that the vaccines will be in our practices!
