Please continue to telephone the surgery if you need an appointment.
Whether you phone to book an appointment or call in at the surgery our process is the same. Our trained Care Navigators will ask you some questions to signpost you to the most appropriate service or member of our team.
All GP and Clinical Practitioner appointments remain via telephone consultation in the first instance. If the Clinician deems a follow-up face to face appointment is needed you will be offered one.
Reviews for Long Term Conditions with our Nurses and Clinical Pharmacists will remain via telephone consultation where clinically appropriate.
If you are invited to attend the surgery for a pre booked appointment you will no longer be asked to wait outside.
We ask that you bring your own face covering and use our hand sanitiser before approaching the reception desk area.
If you have a prescription request please continue to drop that in the letter box or use the online facility or Airmid App.
We are a healthcare provider and will continue to protect vulnerable patients who are invited into the building for appointments. Thank you for your continued understanding and support in complying with our procedures.
