Welfare and Benefits Advice Service
Our advice service offers telephone and face to face appointments with a worker giving independent, confidential, impartial advice. Advisors will discuss issues, set priorities and give quality assured generalist non-caseworker advice. Telephone appointments are also offered on a triage system to signpost patients on to a face to face appointment or further signposting. We cover patient issues requiring basic advice only and/or signposting to other VCS provision.
