Affinity Care offer a young person contact service across all our GP practices this is ran by our specialist young persons advanced nurse practitioner and a team of youth workers and social prescribers, offering a variety of services to support young people with any health and wellbeing need.
Any discussion about you’re their health can be discussed on a safe, holistic and confidential place.

- Puberty
- Drugs and Alcohol
- Any health concerns
- Referral to community activities

Talking to health workers
You can talk to health professionals about anything to do with your health.
Health professionals must keep your information confidential if you talk to them about something personal, such as:
