I qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2006 and completed my GP speciality training in Leeds, in 2012. I started working at Thornton Medical Centre in Bradford in September 2012. After two years, I completed a post graduate qualification in Ear Nose and Throat surgery at the University of Middlesex. This has enabled me to work as a GP with an Extended Role (GPwER) in ENT surgery. I started working for Bradford Hospitals NHS Trust in October 2015 and continue to do ENT clinics at the Eccleshill Community Hospital.
I am passionate about education and learning and in 2018 I obtained my Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education (PGCME) and now work as a GP trainer, training other qualified doctors to become GPs.
I was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire and I currently live in Scholes, Bradford. I have a passion for travel, cycling, food and playing squash.
